PLC Warehouse offers one year warranty on new products.

Recipients may only return defective products or delivered products that differ from the placed  order. Returning products can only be done during the warranty period.

Please note that it is the responsibility of the customer to return the complete product including all the original boxes and accessories provided by PLC Warehouse. The shippingcost of a defective product towards PLC Warehouse is also a the responsibility of the customer.

After receiving the item PLC Warehouse will check to accept the warranty. Our engineers and purchase team will do their utmost to repair or replace the item as fast as possible. However if repairing or replacing the product is not possible, we will have to refund your money. 

If, after inspection, it turns out that the goods are not under warranty, the costs of inspection and shipping will be charged to the customer.
